This policy describes what detailwiki.com (“we”, “us”) collects when you use the site and how it is used. We collect the minimum needed to run the Service.

1. What we collect

Account. Your email address and authentication identifiers, managed by our authentication provider (Supabase).

Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive subscription status and billing metadata; we never see or store card numbers.

Usage. We log detail views and downloads, and member downloads are watermarked with the retrieving account, to enforce fair-use limits and protect the library.

Technical. IP address and browser information in server logs, used for security and rate limiting, and aggregate page analytics (Vercel Analytics). We do not use advertising trackers.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, process payments, enforce our Terms, and send transactional email such as sign-in links and billing notices.

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies only, to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Sharing

Personal data is shared only with the processors that run the Service — Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication and database), and Vercel (hosting and analytics) — and where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Billing records and download logs are kept as long as needed for legal, accounting, and enforcement purposes.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Deleting your account ends the license granted under our Terms.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure.

8. Children

The Service is intended for professionals and is not directed at children.

9. Changes

Updates to this policy are posted on this page with a revised date.
