The voice and data basket tray with a solid bottom insert is suspended above a removable ceiling from an overhead concrete floor slab. Support is provided by threaded rods secured into the concrete using concrete epoxy anchors, or alternatively with beam clamps where applicable. Galvanized steel fender washers and hex nuts fasten the threaded rods at the underside of the concrete slab. The threaded rods continue downward through horizontal struts spaced at a maximum of fifteen twenty-five millimeters on center. Additional hex nuts and fender washers secure the struts supporting the basket tray. A minimum clearance of three hundred millimeters must be maintained for parallel utilities, and a two hundred millimeter minimum clearance is provided above the removable ceiling.
