A cable runway wall support assembly consists of a structural steel angle bracket fastened to metal stud walls. The angle measures one-quarter inch by two inches by two inches and features drilled and slotted holes secured with standard washers, lock washers, and nuts. At metal stud locations, the assembly requires two-and-a-quarter inch by fourteen hex washer head Hilti screws installed through plywood into a minimum forty-three mil steel stud or sixteen gauge steel backing. J-bolts secure the cable runway stringers to the support angle.
