This assembly connects two adjacent tilt-up concrete panels using a six-by-six-by-three-eighths-inch steel angle that is eight inches long. The angle is welded to an embed plate EP-9 on the primary panel and an embed plate FP-2 on the adjacent panel, with both plates sized per the project plate key. The connection is secured with a five-sixteenths-inch fillet weld applied to three sides of the angle. Minimum panel-to-panel connections must be provided at every joint as specified on the T2 elevations.
