The assembly connects framing beams to a structural steel column using plates on each side sized per the structural schedule, secured with erection bolts as required, and capped with a plate per the referenced detail. Fillet welds join the connection plates and members according to the notes and schedule. A note directs the builder to consult the weld and plate schedule for specific welding and plate requirements.
