A deep leg metal track accommodates vertical movement of the metal stud wall beneath the bottom of the structure, maintaining a one-and-one-half-inch clearance. The track is secured with three-sixteenth-inch diameter by one-and-one-eighth-inch minimum embedment drilled anchors spaced at twenty-four inches on center with a maximum of six inches from the ends. Bridging is installed as noted per detail G on the same sheet. Fire barrier sealant is applied on both sides at rated partitions.
