A precast concrete wheel stop measuring six inches by six inches in profile rests on a paved surface and base installed per the site plan. The precast unit incorporates a one-and-a-half-inch chamfer on typical sides and ends, with two number four reinforcing bars embedded inside as shown and a standard length of five feet unless noted otherwise. Two three-quarter-inch galvanized steel rebar pins, eighteen inches minimum in length, anchor the wheel stop through vertical holes into the paving below. These anchor holes are filled with mortar leveled flush with the top of the wheel stop.
