An interior security camera is mounted directly to a finished interior wall with a dedicated mounting bracket and camera dome housing. A one-inch conduit runs upward from the camera housing through the wall cavity to a junction box located within the accessible ceiling space. The installation requires a four-inch square by two-and-seven-eighths-inch deep junction box without trim rings as the minimum required size.
