An underground PVC conduit transitions upward through a concrete slab with a sixty-inch sweep radius. A conduit coupling sits flush with the finish floor surface to receive a threaded plug when the conduit is not extended. Marking whiskers attach to the plug for identification. An underslab vapor barrier and waterproofing membrane run beneath the assembly where applicable.
