A proposed inside guard rail section features a new 115RE or 136RE inside guard rail installed on the north side only, spaced 19.5 inches from the centerline of track 2. An existing 136RE rail is reused alongside the new concrete tie, which sits atop existing ballast, existing sub-ballast, and existing sub-grade layers. Vertical dimensions indicate an 8 and 3/16 inch clearance from the ballast level to the top of the tie.
