Two cable runway sections are joined end-to-end using a butt-splice kit corresponding to Chatsworth Products CPI part number 11301-001 or equal. A perpendicular junction splice connects intersecting cable runways. Continuity is maintained across the joints by a number six American Wire Gauge bonding jumper cable runway ground strap corresponding to CPI part number 40164-XXX or equal bolted to the structural members.
