An equipment cabinet mounts to a metal stud wall assembly consisting of three AMS 20HDS400 studs spaced at sixteen inches on center with five-eighths inch gypsum board on each side. Two PS400 one-and-five-eighths by one inch unistrut channels span horizontally across three wall studs and secure with three three-sixteenths inch toggle bolts and fender washers per strut. The equipment cabinet attaches to the horizontal struts using two quarter-by-three-quarters inch spring nuts per strut at the cabinet mounting holes.
1. Three 3/16 in. un graded toggle bolts and 3/16 in. fender washers per ungraded strut to wall studs 2. Two 1/4 x 3/4 in. ungraded spring nuts per ungraded strut to cabinet mounting holes 3.
