A P-3 embed plate is set near the edge of a precast panel with a minimum 6 inch vertical edge clearance. Number 4 U-bars extend 48 inches at each HSA row, anchored behind the embed plate. Number 4 vertical reinforcing bars at 7 feet 0 inches tie into the panel grid as specified on the panel elevation.
