An eight-foot by four-foot precast concrete manhole structure provides underground access for communications cabling and infrastructure. The vault is constructed with upper and lower precast sections, dimensioned at three feet two inches and three feet four inches in height, with pre-bored conduit knockouts on the side walls. Access is provided through a top-mounted manhole cover and frame with an internal safety ladder extending to the concrete floor sump. Grounding provisions are included with an exterior ground rod connected to the structure.
