The wall assembly consists of a TIPS wall panel with an internal core of expanded polystyrene insulation. The sill condition at the bottom of the opening incorporates U-mesh reinforcing within the concrete wythes. Additional reinforcing bars are placed per typical panel elevation requirements. The expanded polystyrene insulation is removed locally to provide a one-inch clearance at the additional reinforcing.
