A quarter-inch by six-inch by four-inch plated copper bus bar for the building distributor facility is mounted on standoffs providing a minimum two-inch clearance. Number six green insulated grounding conductors from telecommunications equipment and metallic pathways attach to the bus bar using stainless steel hex head bolts with double lugs and Burndy Hyground type high compression grounding terminals. The entire assembly provides a direct connection with the main electrical service ground.
