A continuous ledger by others attaches to an insulated wall using three-quarter-inch diameter by five-inch heavy stud anchors at sixteen inches on center, starting bolts eight inches from the end. EPS insulation is removed to provide a six-inch clearance from the heavy stud anchors. One continuous number five reinforcing bar is installed alongside the connection. Framing and associated connections are provided by others.
