An outside plant maintenance hole consists of a precast concrete vault with matching top slab and circular access collar. The structure features preformed knockouts on the side walls for cable entry, embedded pulling irons for cable management, and a floor sump with a drain cover. Lifting inserts are cast into the top slab for hoisting and placement.
