Cable trays penetrate a fire-rated gypsum board partition above the ceiling using G104 sleeves that extend 305 millimeters beyond the wall. The sleeves feature wall flanges and are fitted with bond bushings on each end, along with 14 square millimeter bonding straps. The cable tray stops within 250 millimeters of the fire stop on both ends, and fire stop material is provided when required per fire-rated wall specifications. The basis of design relies on the EZ Path 44+ series.
