A telecom ground busbar system features two 20-inch by 4-inch by 1/4-inch tinned copper busbars mounted on isolated stand-off insulators with pre-drilled holes for dual-hole mounting lugs. One 3/0 AWG insulated stranded copper conductor runs vertically in a 1-inch conduit to the furthest riser telecom ground busbar. Another 3/0 AWG insulated stranded copper conductor is bonded to the nearest building structural steel in a 1-inch conduit if routed outside the room. A third 3/0 AWG insulated stranded copper conductor in a 1-inch conduit connects to the main electrical service ground bus.
