Cable trays are suspended using a minimum 10 gauge wire spaced at 4'-0" intervals. The suspension wire attaches to the overhead concrete or metal deck structure with shot pins and clips similar to D2/A10.40. Connections require a minimum of three tight turns to secure the wire.
