An access point mounting bracket attaches to the interior wall over an existing finish using a total of four 1/4-inch Hilti toggler bolts. A backbox integrates into the mounting assembly to house connections. A 3/4-inch conduit extends from the access point up to an accessible ceiling or cable tray. The wireless access point unit is installed with a maximum weight capacity of 5 pounds.
