This structural detail shows a steel drag connection joining framing beams across a column or support member. Plates are positioned on each side of the beam web per the engineering table, secured with erection bolts as required. Beams are sized per plan and framed adjacent to the central vertical member. Field welds and connection tags coordinate the structural load transfer across the assembly.
