An interior and exterior double door assembly is shown with telecommunications and security conduit routing for access control systems. A one and one-half inch conduit carries access control cable to the access control system panel, while a three-quarter inch conduit connects lock power and request-to-exit cable to the power transfer hinge. A one-half inch conduit accommodates the door contact cable, and a one-inch conduit runs card reader cable to the credential reader. An audio-visual alarm backbox is positioned in the ceiling or on the wall at ten feet above finished floor, connected by a three-quarter inch conduit with AV alarm cable.
