A concrete over metal floor deck bears adjacent to a fourteen-inch concrete wall reinforced with horizontal and vertical steel bars. An L5x3x1/4 long-leg-horizontal steel beam is sized per plan below the floor assembly. The deck terminates at an 8-inch by 4-inch by 3/8-inch embed plate secured in the concrete wall using two 3/4-inch diameter by 5-inch head stud anchors spaced at 24 inches on center. A 1/4-inch fillet weld connects components at the intersection. Wall construction above follows architectural drawings.
