The chase partition sill assembly rests upon the floor slab with a runner track secured at the base. Five-eighths-inch gypsum board layers are applied per the specific wall type, enclosing the chase side of the partition. Batt insulation is installed within the stud cavity where required. Acoustical sealant with a continuous bead is applied at the base runner track. The flooring and base material are provided as scheduled in the finish schedule.
