A structural steel beam supports a concrete slab over metal decking with three-quarter-inch diameter headed stud anchors welded through the deck. Center reinforcing bars sized #4 by six feet zero inches are spaced at twenty-four inches on center over the beam. Chair reinforcement is placed as required, noting that lifting reinforcement during the pour is not permitted. Additional bars in the flute are installed per keynote.
