A concrete slab edge and metal deck condition frames into a hollow structural section or wide flange column per plan. The assembly features an embed angle measuring L3x3x1/4 with three-quarter-inch diameter by six-inch studs spaced at twelve inches on center, or per equipment manufacturer requirements. Additional support angles sized L3x3x1/4 are provided as required to support the deck, with deck closure to the column web per the deck manufacturer. Reinforcing includes continuous number four bars along the slab edge and additional number four top bars on each side with hooked ends as required.
