A six-inch steel schedule forty pipe is galvanized and filled with three thousand PSI concrete, extending three feet above the finished floor. The bollard passes through the concrete topping or built-up floor finish and the concrete metal deck per plan, bearing directly on the structural steel framing below. A six-inch bollard dome cap finishes the top of the pipe.
