A cross-laminated timber panel joint is secured with a CMST12 metal strap and 0.162 inch by 2-1/2 inch nails. The strap requires a thirty-three inch minimum end length with thirty-seven fasteners, and an eighteen inch minimum lap splice length with eighteen fasteners. Fasteners and strap placement are installed per plan.
