Wood posts connect to wood beams sized per plans using various Simpson Strong-Tie post caps and connectors including models CC, ECC, CCT, and ECCLL. Bolts secure the connectors to the wood structural members. Each assembly supports stair framing components at different boundary and intermediate conditions.
