Metal deck bears on an edge member and connects with five-eighths-inch diameter puddle welds sized per structural notes. An edge closure of the same gauge as the deck is fastened to the edge member using number ten screws spaced at four inches on center. The deck flutes and edge closure are secured at the support interface.
