Cold-formed metal stud framing connections comprising corners, intersections, wall ends, and top-of-wall track conditions. Metal stud walls utilize 33 mils minimum thickness studs with continuous tracks, connected using two number 8 screws at each stud to continuous track typical unless otherwise noted, and one number 8 screw at 12 inches on center typical unless otherwise noted. The ceiling joist connection features a top track tied to 362T125-43 ceiling ties with a minimum of two number 8 screws at each joist, and two number 8 screws at each joist connecting to the top track. Additional backing uses two number 8 screws at each backing piece.
