This concrete panel corner joint assembly features a 1/2-inch by 5-inch by 1-foot-4-inch embedded steel plate welded with a 3/8-inch typical fillet weld and tied with three number 6 reinforcing bars at 6-inch gauge spacing. Additional embedded plates measuring 1/2-inch by 8-inch by 1-foot-4-inch and 3/4-inch by 2-1/2-inch by 1-foot-1-inch anchor the corner configuration. Welded wire fabric of size 4x4-W2.1xW2.1 reinforces the concrete, which is grouted after welding is completed. Two number 8 reinforcing bars at 4 feet long provide additional structural tie-in at each side with 1/4-inch fillet welds.
