An offset base plate supports a hollow structural section column over one and a half inches of flowable non-shrink grout. Two one and one-sixteenth inch diameter holes accommodate three-quarter inch diameter by one foot six inch long ASTM F1554 Grade 36 anchor rods with double nuts and six inch projection. F844 washers are installed both above and below the base plate. Plate dimensions and welding details are sized per sheet C/S5.3.1.
