A steel beam frames into a structural steel column using a standard single plate beam connection on one side and a special single plate beam connection type H on the opposite side. An angled brace member connects above using a gusset plate connection detailed per J8 on sheet S-551. Beams are sized per plan and the column is sized per elevations.
