Edge reinforcing configuration at a concrete shear wall special condition. A horizontal hook bar matches the size and spacing of the horizontal reinforcing, featuring a thirty inch minimum lap. Hold down bars are placed on each face per elevation with space bars at six inches on center. Additional number six vertical reinforcing is located at the mitered wall corner. Concrete cover is maintained at one and three-quarter inches from the panel face and one inch at the bottom, with a maximum three-quarter inch reveal.
