A six-inch cold-formed steel stud located in an angled pier sits on top of a hollow structural section horizontal support arm. The cold-formed steel stud wall connects to the vertical hollow structural section using L7x4x1/2 inch angles measuring zero feet eight inches long on each side. Three-quarter inch diameter machine bolts secure the connection through vertical long slotted holes. Level three sits at an elevation of sixty-six feet six inches, while top of steel is located at sixty-five feet six inches.
