A forty-two-inch high guardrail features one and one-half inch outer diameter painted pipe rails and posts with a ninety-degree elbow, supported by an MC12x10.6 steel channel framework. Grating Pacific twelve-inch traction tread safety grating planks, measuring twelve by two inches by eleven gauge galvanized steel or equal, span across L 2"x2"x3/16" ledgers and an L 1 1/4"x1 1/4"x3/16" ledger for ripped planks, welded with three-sixteenths inch welds at six inches on center. The structural support assembly ties back to a reinforced concrete warehouse floor slab using two three-quarter inch diameter by four and one-half inch minimum embedment Hilti Kwik Bolt TZ anchors or equal.
