An equipment base mounts on a six-inch high concrete pad over a structural floor. The equipment sits on a quarter-inch neoprene pad and is secured using five-inch wide by nine-inch long by quarter-inch thick minimum bent anchor plates welded to the equipment all around. One-half-inch diameter expansion bolts with three-and-a-half-inch minimum embedment anchor the plates into the concrete. A six-inch minimum edge width is maintained typical at the pad perimeter, and anchor locations and exact counts must be verified with the equipment manufacturer.
