A concrete slab edge condition bears on a steel beam with a continuous bent plate edge form. The slab is reinforced with continuous number four rebar featuring standard ninety-degree hooks at the slab edge, requiring one-foot-six-inch hooks at outside corners and three-foot extensions past inside corners. Three-eighths-inch diameter by six-and-one-eighth-inch minimum headed anchor studs are spaced at twenty-four inches on center with a minimum of two per piece. A sizing table relates plate dimension 'L' up to two feet six inches to required plate thickness 't' ranging from three-sixteenths to three-eighths of an inch. Fillet welds secure the assembly with specified sizes.
