This assembly consists of full-height cold-formed steel jamb studs, with required quantities and sizes determined by project plans and sections. The jamb studs are fastened together using two number 10-16 screws spaced at 12 inches on center. A closure track is attached to the jambs using three number 10-16 screws at each flange. A minimum 54-mil piece of track is provided as required for header attachment.
