The stair stringer is supported by an L3x3x1/4 angle measuring four inches long, secured to a concrete footing and slab on grade. A three-quarter-inch diameter expansion bolt fastens the angle into a two-inch long-slotted hole. A quarter-inch fillet weld connects the angle to the stair stringer. The concrete footing width and depth are sized per schedule and plan.
