A steel framing plan utilizes W12x19 beams sized per plan. Three-eighths-inch stiffener plates are welded on each side of the connection. Fillet welds of three-eighths-inch are applied typically on all sides unless otherwise noted. The framing layout maintains a maximum three-foot offset dimension.
