An equipment baseplate rests on a new washer and a pair of heavy hex nuts threaded onto a new anchor bolt. A washer is installed and the first nut is hand-tightened against the baseplate before the second nut is added and turned one-quarter full turn while counter-tightened. The space beneath the baseplate is filled with Sikadur 32 Hi-Mod epoxy grout or approved equal for tank applications. A new non-shrink grout pad of SikaGrout 212 or approved equal is placed beneath the equipment baseplate as required for equipment levelness, maintaining a one-inch minimum thickness over the concrete pad.
