A steel beam connects to a concrete wall and structural column using welded angles and an embedded plate. The embedded plate measures 1'-8" by 5/8" by 2'-0" and is anchored with four 3/4" by 5" HSA anchors. Top and bottom angles sized L3x2x1/4 and L2 1/2x2-1/2x1/4 secure the steel beam to the support members with 3/16-inch fillet welds on three sides. Coordination with the electrical supplier is required for specific dimensions and clearances.
