A universal column web connects to a parallel flange channel supporting a precast concrete panel with a rectangular hollow section and stiffener plates located above and below. A sizing table defines dimension "A" according to the column size, ranging from two hundred fifty universal columns to four hundred wide flange columns. Other steel beams framing into the column are omitted for clarity.
