A Corebrace buckling-restrained brace connects via a bolted lug gusset plate to a wide-flange steel column supported on a base plate and anchor bolts. The column bears on a concrete grade beam with a concrete blockout detail accommodating the surrounding concrete slab on grade. Stiffener plates are included within the column profile as required by the manufacturer. The base plate assembly is detailed on a separate sheet.
