This assembly connects two concrete panels at an offset using a splice plate of width 'W' and thickness as specified in the project schedule. The splice plate is welded to the embedded plates in each panel with a weld length 'L'. A chord angle, sized per framing details, provides additional support at the junction. Typical embedded plates with headed studs are cast into the concrete panels to receive the steel connections.
