Cold-formed metal studs connect to continuous tracks using two number 8 screws at each stud typically unless noted otherwise. At corners and intersections, additional single number 8 screws are spaced at 12 inches on center typically unless noted otherwise. Locations for these wall configurations are determined per structural plans.
